Shape-Up

Watford Football Club’s Community Trust are running a free county wide weight management programme for men called Shape-Up, this is being supported by North Herts Council. In May they will be running this course in Royston and have spaces available. It will be held at Tannery Drift School (www.shapeupherts.com)
