Community Midwives

The midwives hold clinics at the surgery one afternoon a week and one morning a week. Appointments can be made at reception. Telephone numbers are available at reception or by contacting the practice.

Community Nurses

A team of district nurses is available for those patients who require nursing at home. Please contact the surgery if this service is required. The district nurses are based at Nevells Road Health Centre and can be contacted there on 01462 886250. You may be asked to leave a message and will be called back as soon as possible.

Health Visitors

The health visitors are based at Nevells Road Health Centre and may be contacted on 01462 684731 between 09:00 and 17:00. When they are unavailable you may leave a message. They give advice on all aspects of health care, but especially problems relating to expectant mothers, small children, the elderly and handicapped and smoking cessation.
